1. What Voiced is — and isn’t
Voiced is an educational practice tool for parents. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you or your child are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional. By using Voiced you agree that it is for self-directed practice only.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Voiced is intended for caregivers, not children.
3. Subscription & billing
- You pay $1 today and get 7 days of access.
- On day 8 you are charged $39.99 for 3 months, then $39.99 every 3 months until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the first recurring charge if you contact support@voicedapp.co.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or share your account credentials. AI responses are generated by a third-party model and may occasionally be inaccurate — treat them as practice prompts, not authoritative advice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of anything you write inside Voiced. You grant us a limited licence to process your messages to generate responses and personalised feedback. We do not use your transcripts to train AI models.
6. Termination
You can terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we cannot bill.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiced is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Voiced after the effective date means you accept the update.
