1. What Voiced is — and isn’t

Voiced is an educational preparation tool for high-stakes conversations — starting with salary and offer negotiation. It reads the offer you enter against published U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data and assembles a personal negotiation workbook from your own answers. It is not legal, financial, career, or therapeutic advice; it does not negotiate on your behalf; and outcomes vary by situation. Wage figures come from a periodic federal survey and describe a market, not your employer. Where any part of the service generates text with a third-party AI model, that text is preparation material, not professional guidance. By using Voiced you agree that it is for self-directed preparation only.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to buy a workbook or otherwise use Voiced. An account is not required to buy, and the same age requirement applies either way.

3. Payment & refunds

  • The workbook is a one-time purchase. One charge, no subscription, no auto-renewal, and nothing is kept on your card for later.
  • The price is shown before you pay, on the checkout button and on Stripe’s own form. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
  • You get the workbook the moment the payment clears, at a permanent link. We keep it for as long as we run the service so you can come back to it; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
  • Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — see the Refund Policy.
  • You do not need an account to buy. Nothing here requires you to create one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, or to share the one-time sign-in link we email you. AI responses are generated by a third-party model and may occasionally be inaccurate — treat them as practice prompts, not authoritative advice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you write inside Voiced. You grant us a limited licence to process your messages to generate responses and personalised feedback. We do not use your transcripts to train AI models.

6. Termination

The workbook is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you created an account, you can delete it at any time; deleting it removes the data stored against it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiced is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Voiced after the effective date means you accept the update.
