When you use Voiced, we collect your email address (for account creation), subscription status, and conversation data (the messages you exchange with AI personas during practice sessions). We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the app experience.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your conversation data is used solely to provide AI coaching feedback during your practice sessions. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
All conversations are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel only.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your conversations at any time from within the app. Deleted conversations are permanently removed within 30 days. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (AI conversation processing), RevenueCat (subscription management), PostHog (privacy-focused analytics). Each service processes only the minimum data necessary for its function.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or request its deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations.
7. Children's Privacy
Voiced is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
