By downloading, installing, or using the Voiced application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Important Disclaimer

Voiced is an educational communication practice tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

3. Description of Service

Voiced provides AI-powered conversation practice based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) principles. The AI personas are simulations designed for educational practice and do not represent real individuals. AI feedback is generated algorithmically and should not be taken as professional advice.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts include 3 conversations. Paid subscriptions (Monthly: $14.99/month, Annual: $99/year) are billed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel at any time from your App Store settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Voiced for its intended purpose of communication practice. You may not use the App to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the Voiced app are owned by Voiced. Your conversation data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of the messages you create during practice sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voiced is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from communication practice or AI-generated feedback. Use the App at your own discretion.
